ONLY serves those 18 and up WITHOUT insurance (can have Medicaid). This is for SERIOUSLY mentally ill adults with a previous mental health treatment history. Serves those with diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective, psychotic disorders.
Potential clients must provide a ROI so the center can access past mental health records. Once approved, they provide long-term medication management and oversight until they can get in with a specific provider. Closes the GAP of care. Clients are required to meet standards established by the Alabama Department of Mental Health.
