Finding Hope After Harm: Resources for Survivors of Sexual Abuse and Trafficking
Support, safety and healing are possible. Explore local and national resources dedicated to helping survivors rebuild their lives with dignity and care.
Survivors of sexual abuse and trafficking often face overwhelming physical, emotional and psychological trauma. These experiences can lead to long-term effects such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, substance use and difficulty with trust and relationships. Survivors may also feel isolated, ashamed or unsure where to turn. The good news is—help is available. Supportive, trauma-informed resources exist to meet survivors where they are and empower them to reclaim their lives.
